PRESENTATION and POSTER INFORMATION
1. PROOFREAD your copy.
ICRS will not be responsible for editorial errors. Change Fees are
$25 per change. Changes will not be made until remittance is received.
2. PRESENTATION:
You will be prompted during the abstract submission process to submit
your presentation preference (oral or poster). The Program Committee
will attempt to allow your preferred mode of presentation, but reserves
the right to make Program changes, depending on the number and type
of papers submitted. LATE abstracts will be considered for Poster
presentation ONLY.
3. POSTER DIMENSIONS:
Poster dimensions should not exceed 190 cm
(height) x 90 cm (width).
4. PUBLICATION:
The 2006 abstracts will be published by the Society. Copyright
will be held by the author(s) and the ICRS. These abstracts will
be citable. If you do not wish your abstract to be published in
the abstract book, you must state this at the top of your submitted
abstract.
5. MEETING FORMAT NOTE:
Oral presentations are limited to 10 minutes followed by 5 minutes
for questions. Posters will be on display for the entire meeting.
